Results & Acquisition Disclaimer
Business ownership involves financial and operational risk. Acquisitions can fail to close, financing can be declined, and a purchased business can perform below expectations or lose value. You can lose part or all of your invested capital and may have personal obligations under financing documents.
Client stories are selected examples
Case studies and testimonials describe particular experiences and circumstances. They do not establish an average outcome or the result a new client should expect. Differences in capital, deal terms, industry, location, management, experience, market conditions, and execution can materially affect an outcome.
The website does not supply a verified dataset establishing typical client earnings or returns. Testimonials and financial claims require substantiation and permission before use in advertising. A disclaimer does not make an unsupported or misleading claim acceptable.
Understand the financial measures
Revenue, EBITDA, business profit, owner salary, cash flow after debt payments, and return on equity are different measures. A stated EBITDA figure is not necessarily the cash an owner receives. Debt service, taxes, working capital, capital expenditure, transaction fees, management costs, and future investment can reduce distributable cash.
A down-payment example does not establish the full cash required to complete a transaction. Historical or projected figures require independent verification and may use different assumptions. No lender approval or financing structure is promised by a website example.
Transactions in progress
Deal cards and their detail panels describe selected acquisition activity and buyer mandates. A search mandate is not necessarily an identified business under contract. A target, offer, letter of intent, diligence process, or financing discussion is not a completed transaction.
Transaction information may be approximate, subject to confidentiality, and subject to change. Images are illustrative and should not be taken as identifying the actual business, premises, employees, or client. Contact the team for the context and current status of any example.
The service guarantee is separate from investment performance
The homepage’s guarantee language refers to the service remedy described in the relevant signed agreement. The FAQ describes a qualified opportunity under letter of intent within six months, subject to conditions. An LOI is not a completed purchase.
Any guarantee must be read with the eligibility requirements, buyer obligations, timing, and refund or continuing-service terms in the signed agreement. It does not insure investment capital or promise income, profits, a closing, or financing.
Independent assessment remains necessary
Obtain independent legal, accounting, tax, financing, and other specialist advice where appropriate. Review financial statements, owner adjustments, customer concentration, working-capital needs, employment matters, licences, and other material risks before committing to a transaction.
Website content is not an offer of securities or a substitute for your own acquisition diligence. You remain responsible for deciding whether a transaction is suitable and for understanding obligations you sign.
