Payment Plans: Payment plans may be offered at GuildShore's discretion, with terms outlined in your service agreement.
Success Fee: Upon successful acquisition, a success fee will be charged as outlined in your service agreement.
Refund Policy: If GuildShore is unable to complete the acquisition process, refunds may be provided in accordance with your service agreement.

GuildShore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services rendered.


Confidentiality
Both GuildShore and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the engagement. No party shall disclose this information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.


Termination of Services
GuildShore reserves the right to terminate its services if the client breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in unlawful activity. In such cases, GuildShore may retain fees already paid to cover services rendered up to the point of termination.


Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or related to the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of the USA.


Modifications to Terms
GuildShore may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Significant changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of any revised terms.
